Fees & Formalities

Just straightforward service — the way it should be. Flat fees include 1 notarized signature + travel up to 5 miles. All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment and full payment prior to notarization. Standard bookings require a minimum 48-hour advance notice.

Appointments requiring additional wait time, witnesses, or extended signings are quoted prior to your appointment.

Additional signatures: $10 eachTravel beyond 5 miles is added to your base appointment fee. Just find your distance from Highland below — fees already account for the trip there and back:
• 6–10 mi: +$10
• 11–15 mi: +$20
• 16–20 mi: +$25
• 21–30 mi: +$35
• 31–40 mi: +$50Printing:
• $5 flat (up to 25 pages)
• $0.15 per page after 25 pagesWitness Services (subject to availability; disinterested parties only):
• Within 5 miles: $25 per witness
• Beyond 5 miles: $50 per witnessWait time: Appointments with wait times exceeding 20 minutes are billed at $20 per 15 minutes.

Notary Lumos provides general notary services in accordance with Indiana state laws. We do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.Signer Requirements
• All signers must be present
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required
• Documents must be unsigned prior to notarizationPayments
Payment is due at or before the time of service. Travel fees and additional charges may apply depending on location, time, and number of notarizations.Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.Limitation of Liability
